Hey. I’m Will.

I grew up in a family retail business in Mississippi where communication and strategy were almost non-existent. Debt was real and profits weren’t much to sneeze at. The business didn’t survive due to massive changes in the industry and too much time spent working in the business instead of on it.  

I graduated from Mississippi College with a Business Administration degree and spent the first half of my career in various sales roles plus a five year stint in Asia.  After returning from time overseas,  I spent six years with EntreLeadership learning firsthand how Dave Ramsey runs his business.  As a result –  I’ve come to see there are a few key things that trip up most small business owners . I’ve spent over 3,000 hours in coaching conversations with many accidental small business owners and I’ve come to see what works in creating real momentum, crystal clarity and lasting results and it’s not rocket science. I’m a follower of Jesus and believe my calling is to awakening in the marketplace and in the world.
